Since 1892 our family has grown food on our historic 60-acre diversified family farm. We farm because we believe that local food is essential to our community’s well being. Our farm is beautiful with gently rolling fields and 23 acres of second growth forest planted before our family came here. A half mile of creek meanders through the farm defining fields and one section of the forest. The last apple and pear trees of the homesteader’s orchard are on either side of the drive.
Our vision for the farm is to create an integrated sustainable farming operation. We are working toward our goal of having an old fashioned farm that sustains itself, and provides our customers and our neighbors with truly healthy food from a healthy farm.
