Lydia’s Flock is located just outside Bellingham, WA, where we raise a happy, well-loved flock of Icelandic and Shetland sheep on 48 acres of intensively managed pasture. The health of the soil and the flock are preeminent farm values, as well as traceable and transparent farm and animal management practices. We offer registered Icelandic and Shetland breeding stock, fiber flocks, single-source small batch yarn (available for sale on the farm and via our website), pastured lamb sold by the whole animal, and beginning shepherding education for new and aspiring flock owners. Sign up for our farm newsletter to be notified of scheduled farm events, tours and open houses.

Features & Activities
We use managed intensive grazing and regenerative agricultural practices, focusing on a low-stress environment for optimal contentment of our sheep flock, supporting their instincts to live in family groups and continual movement to fresh pasture to maintain forage health. Lambs are not forcibly weaned, lambs slated for the freezer are butchered on-farm.
