Hell or High Water Farm is a five-acre family farm located in Enumclaw, Washington. We offer vegetables, flowers, and pastured poultry through our Farm Share CSA with pick up locations throughout Seattle and our local farmers market.
Our work is grounded in a deep respect for our natural world and all the creatures in it. We have been recognized by the Food Animal Concerns Trust for our dedication to the humane and ethical treatment of animals. We believe it is our responsibility as farmers to foster sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices as stewards of the land and our community.
We engage in organic farming practices to regenerate soil health, foster beneficial insects, and promote ethical animal welfare. We believe all creatures have a right to sun, fresh grass, and the freedom to engage in behaviors that are innate to their species. We believe both hens and roosters have a place in sustainable poultry and raise our flocks for eggs and meat.
Our flocks forage on organically managed pastures and are protected from natural predators by our two livestock guardian dogs, Lucky and Rosebud. We use no antibiotics or growth hormones and keep our flocks healthy through preventative, organic methods.
We offer vegetable, egg, and dahlia shares with the opportunity to add on pastured poultry from our farm and pastured pork and grass-fed lamb raised by L & B Mini Ranch to add on to your farm shares when available throughout the season. Our farm shares are delivered weekly to Ballard, Bryant-Ravenna (near U Village), Fremont, Greenwood, Wallingford, and West Seattle or direct from us in Enumclaw. Visit our website to learn more!
