Our animals are moved to a new pasture every 24 hours from March to November/December. This provides many benefits including lower parasite loads, increased weight gain, preservation of pastureland, reduced soil erosion, nutrient management and noxious weed control. With this system, we can get our cattle to slaughter weight in 18 months and goats and sheep to slaughter weight in 8-10 months.
Our meats are tender, flavorful and part of a well balanced healthy diet. You can feel good putting our family’s meats, on your family’s table. In order to reduce animal stress, we sell our meats as half, whole or quarters giving customers added value of buying their family’s meats in bulk.
