Berkshire cross heritage breed pigs raised on non-GMO, organic field pea & barley ration, half of which is grown on 45-acre farm in Everson, WA.
Pigs are rotated on organic pastures during the growing season, and root around in the deep bedded barn and heavy use area during the rainy season. Ten-acre salmon habitat restoration on the farm. We will be certified organic and Salmon-Safe by summer 2020.
